My rose alive in the cause of culture I located as perfectly as I could from memory, Gratens view point of the cathedral and then crossed the river and entered the cathedral itself. I spent about an hour and a half there and came away, only then, reluctantly. How tastelesswere many of the details early English addition (as additions as the guide - book called them) beyond the high altastow,if I may say so and, candidly, no atlas wardwill do, now after the solomn harmonious Romanesque with its perfectly distribted accents of pattern on so economicalgraltique, from Victorian. The Gables chapel, ? was enchanting. But it is on the Romanesque that I lingered, remembering our admiration for the Italian ? of the style. I think that the heaviness of the Romanesque has been exaggerated, just as the verticolity has been caricatured.
I will write again tomorrow, my darling for I must now start to journey back to Redcar, where I shall be in good time for dinner time.
I wish so much, so very much, you could have been here with me, then my happiness would have been unsurpassable and my pleasure in and grasp of the cathedral increased by your knowledge.
And now I must rush
I love you

The galilee chapel, however, was enchanting. But it is on the Romanesque that I lingered remembering our admiration for the Italian version of the style. The galilee chapel, however, was enchanting. But it is on the Romanesque that I lingered, remembering our admiration for the Italian nersion of the style.
